  • Exercise technique guidance and gym familiarisation.

  • Confidence-building support in a gym environment.

  • A personalised 1-session training plan to follow independently.

  • Basic structure and guidance for continued training.

  • Additional one-off sessions £40.

Ideal as a standalone option or entry point into coaching.
