Achieve your health and fitness goals with my personalised fat loss, strength building and muscle toning programme.

Includes 1 in-person PT session per week, other session(s) to complete independently, nutrition support, calorie/macro target setting, sample 1-day meal plan, weekly accountability check-in, monthly progress tracking and WhatsApp support group.
All based on your personalised goals and ability.

Hit a training plateau? Online PT and nutrition coaching is designed for more experienced clients who want a new challenge.
You will be provided with a personalised and progressive programme plan, to complete independently, nutrition support, end of week accountability check-in, monthly progress tracking and WhatsApp support group.
