1:1 PT & Nutrition Coaching
Achieve your health and fitness goals with personalised PT & Nutrition coaching.
Includes 1 in-person PT session per week, other session(s) to complete independently, nutrition support, calorie/macro target setting, sample 1-day meal plan, weekly accountability check-in, monthly progress tracking, WhatsApp support group and a welcome gift - a complimentary sweat towel.

Online PT & Nutrition Coaching
Online PT and Nutrition coaching is ideal for motivated clients who want training structure, guidance and accountability.
You’ll receive access to my exclusive coaching app, where all your workouts are clearly laid out with video demonstrations, personalised progressions and session tracking. Supported by nutrition coaching, weekly accountability check-ins, monthly progress tracking and access to a supportive WhatsApp group.
From £80 per calendar month
